  1. CORE AGENTS

Swap Agent

The Swap Agent is your personal DeFi trader inside Agentify. It automates crypto swaps across multiple blockchains, ensuring you get the best rate with minimal friction no manual DEX hunting or confusing interfaces required.

What It Does

Say you tell Agentify:

“Swap 500 USDC to ETH”

The Swap Agent takes care of everything behind the scenes:

  • Finds the best place to do the swap

  • Gets you the best rate

  • Makes sure the transaction is safe

  • Helps you approve the trade

  • Sends you a clear confirmation once it’s done

1. Finds the Best Deal

The Swap Agent checks top decentralized exchanges (DEXs) like:

  • Uniswap

  • SushiSwap

  • 1inch

  • PancakeSwap

It compares prices, fees, and liquidity to get you the most ETH for your USDC. Sometimes, it may even split the trade across multiple DEXs for the best results.

2. Handles Approvals

Before a swap can happen, your token (like USDC) needs to be approved for use on the DEX.

The Swap Agent checks if this is already done:

  • If yes – it proceeds

  • If no – it helps you approve it (or combines approval + swap into one step)

3. Keeps You Safe

To avoid bad trades, it:

  • Sets a slippage limit (so you don’t get a worse deal if prices move suddenly)

  • Simulates the trade to make sure the results are as expected

  • Cancels the swap if the outcome looks risky
